Weekly, we discuss the technical figures of the Happy Chicken Farm (13 flocks at 7 locations) informally and casually via Teams. Thanks to Vincent’s careful preparation — who collects all the data and provides it in advance in clear, concise reports — I get a complete picture of the performance at all locations in a short time.

This approach offers enormous advantages:

– Total overview without having to visit locations myself.

– Efficient management of a large number of flocks spread across multiple locations.

– Data-driven decisions instead of gut feelings.

– Early identification of trends and making connections, allowing us to switch timely, for example with feed adjustments or take other actions to make corrections.

– Better collaboration because all involved parties always have access to the same up-to-date data in a timely manner.

This structured approach consistently leads to top results despite the large number of flocks and their geographical spread.

I am convinced that this is a very effective way to manage modern laying hens on a large scale. For companies that want to grow and sustainably improve their performance, I can highly recommend this approach.
