I Focus on My Hens – They Take Care of the Rest

Since I’ve outsourced the flock administration, I have overview and peace of mind again. All barn data is checked for me, and every week I receive a clear report where I can see at a glance how my flocks are performing.

They show me:

– How my flock scores compared to ambitious goals
– The quality of my eggs compared to the requirements of the egg trader
– How my current flocks are doing compared to the best performing flock ever
– And I receive everything neatly organized in the flock tracker: feed changes, additives, treatments, you name it

Weekly, I join a short online meeting with all involved parties. Together we look at what’s going well and where adjustments are needed. Always with one goal: to improve my technical results.
I’m assisted in fine-tuning my goals – such as flock duration and eggshell quality – and receive strategic advice on the best approach. At the end of a cycle, I get a full analysis, including smart insights thanks to their unique calculation method.
What I also appreciate: I benefit from the best practices of other layer farmers. New ideas and improvements are shared with me immediately.
And the best part? I always remain in control. They provide independent support, think along with me, and provide insights – but I decide how we proceed.

Thanks to Vincent’s careful preparation — who collects all the data and provides it in advance in clear, concise reports — I get a complete picture of the performance at all locations in a short time.
